*Sketch busts by default have a starry sky background. Please specify what background you want instead of just the color.If you do want the default, then color is fine!

Terms of Service

I. General Terms

  • Please make sure that you have at least one clear reference of the character.

  • No paragraph descriptions with no character reference for regular commissions, as that is considered a custom. I will decline it automatically. Exceptions can be made, but that will need to be further discussed.

  • Do not ask me to draw in a different style. If you're commissioning me it should be because you like my work, not because your favourite artist is busy.

  • Even if the provided reference of your character has a color palette section, I'll slightly modify them a bit to make them fit my style. However, if you want me to stick to the original colors in the reference, please specify it in the form.

  • Understand what you're purchasing is a digital file and not printed art.

  • By purchasing any of my services you're automatically accepting my Terms of Service and being obligated to follow them. As well as promising you won't request any chargeback.

  • All work and material made by KuroMizana may not be used in any blockchain-related technology, to include NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.

  • All work and material made by KuroMizana may not be used for AI art or any sites that creates AI-generated images.

II. How To Order

  • When contacting me on deviantART, Toyhouse, or by email, please make sure the subject's title is named as "Commission".

  • Make sure you fill out the form when ordering. It will make things easier and smoother.

  • Wait for me to answer so we can discuss any details that would be missing or need to be clear.

III. Payment Process

  • Payment must be paid in full upfront

  • I accept both PayPal and deviantart points.

  • PayPal payments must be in USD currency

  • Once I accept your order, I will send you an invoice.

  • Please send payment within 48 hours. Unable to send full payment within the 48 hours, your slot will be lost.

  • Paypal fees will be covered by me, NEVER do I ever have the customer pay for them as it is against PayPal's TOS.

  • Your order will be started AFTER payment is sent and received by me.

IV. Work Process

  • I always will send a WIP sketch to you for edits and approval. If you want a WIP for linework and flat color, please let me know.

  • You are free to request fixes when your order is in the sketching phase. Once it's lined, you cannot request any major fixes/edits.

  • The longest you would have to wait is at least two months for your commission. If this is the case, please understand that there are some factors that can cause the process to take longer. (Health problems, family issues, complexity, school or depending how many orders I have)

  • Once your commission is finished, a full PNG version and a watermarked version will be sent to you. If you would like a transparent version of your commission, please let me know.

  • Only small changes are allowed once the piece is finished, such as color changes and tiny details I have missed.

V. Refunds

  • I will refund 100% of the payment if I have not started your commission. Once I start lining your drawing, there will be no refund. (Sketch commissions will not be refunded once I start it.)

  • I will absolutely NOT give you a refund once the art is completed.

  • If you file a chargeback against me on PayPal, you will no longer be allowed to receive the commission.

  • Note that if you do file a chargeback against me, you are no longer allowed to purchase from me anymore, you will be blacklisted and your name will publicly be posted everywhere for others to watch out.
